Designed to reduce effort during repeated stops, the low-entry cab makes daily urban operations easier and more comfortable for drivers and crews.

1- Front Detection (AEB Front)
Detects vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists ahead and can apply automatic braking in critical situations.

Side radars detect road users during low-speed turns and can automatically brake if the driver does not react.

Putting space to good use
The LEC takes the familiar 2.3m D Wide cab and moves it forward by 600mm and lowers it by 200mm. By doing this the LEC brings enhanced operating conditions for the operators as well as improved safety for those around the vehicle while it does its work.
The LEC cab is available in ‘1+1’ or ‘1+3’ configurations, allowing it to be specified for conventional distribution operations or multi-operator work such as refuse collection.

The Renault Trucks E-Tech D Wide LEC is compatible with all types of charging up to 150 kW and benefits from a standard connector compatible with AC and DC chargers. The 43 kW AC onboard charger allows easy depot charging on widely available infrastructure, no heavy upgrades required.
